The Assured Prosperity administration, led by His Excellency Senator Douye Diri, has embarked on the monumental construction of a nine-storey iconic office complex aimed at providing a conducive and state-of-the-art workspace for Bayelsa State’s workforce. The proposed iconic structure is meticulously designed to incorporate modern eco-friendly features that align with global best practices. With a total gross area of 26,762.99 sqm and a footprint of 3,675,633 sqm, the complex will include parking space for 155 cars and meticulously designed external works, contributing to both functionality and the aesthetic enhancement of the surrounding area.

- Podium Floors (Ground – 3rd Floor): Designed for general staff and middle-cadre officials, these floors will house facilities such as:
- A sick bay
- A crèche
- Ten (10) meeting rooms
- Multi-purpose/general assembly hall
- Executive boardroom
- Lettable business spaces
- Archive and data rooms
- Quick-service restaurant spaces
- Central lifts/elevators and vertical circulation cores.
- Tower Floors (4th – 9th Floor): Reserved for top government officials (Commissioner cadre) and their support staff. These floors will feature:
- Six executive offices (one per floor)
- Executive assistant offices
- Open office spaces (two per floor)
- Restroom facilities and support offices
- Central lifts/elevators
- A lightwell with vertical circulation.

Commencement and Timeline:
The groundbreaking ceremony was flagged off by Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jackson, Head of Services of the Federation, symbolizing the project’s official start. The project, awarded to Magastar Technical and Construction Company Limited—renowned for delivering high-profile projects—is expected to be completed within 24 months. The firm boasts a reputation for excellence, backed by a skilled workforce and cutting-edge equipment.
