Qs. Amangala Morris Mabel, MNIQS, RQS Born on May 8, 1972, Qs. Amangala Morris Mabel earned her Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying from the River's State University of Science and Technology. She has held various positions within the Bayelsa State Government since February 2000 and is currently the Deputy Director of the Department of Quantity Surveying/Building Services in the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure. She has managed several major construction projects in Bayelsa State, including Secretariat Annexes, Judges' Quarters, pavilions, and Legislative Quarters. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) since April 2011 and fully registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (QSRBN) since September 2011, Qs. Amangala Morris Mabel also serves as the WAQSN coordinator in Bayelsa State. Her hobbies include swimming, lawn tennis, and reading. She is married to Dr. Victor Ozi and has four children.

Dr. (Barr.) Johnson Amaowei Dagana, from Odi Community in Bayelsa State, holds degrees in History and Diplomatic Studies as well as Law. He began his career in the Rivers State Unified Local Government Services in 1992, rising to become the Head of Local Government Administration in Kolokuma/Opokuma. In 2016, he was transferred to the Bayelsa State Civil Service as Permanent Secretary, now serving at the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.

Engr. Zibs Godwin Ebikewenimo is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in the oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors. A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, he has contributed significantly to major projects in Bayelsa State, including the Bayelsa International Airport. As a COREN-registered engineer and Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers, he is committed to professional excellence and continuous learning. Engr. Zibs is also a devoted Christian and Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God, happily married with three children.

Moses Teibowei, born on April 17, 1964, hails from Odi Community in Bayelsa State. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Estate Management from Rivers State University of Science & Technology in 1987.
